Cancellation Policy
To provide the best possible experience for all clients and respect the value of my time, the following cancellation policy is in place:
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service(s).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the booked service(s).
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service(s) and will no longer be permitted to book future appointments.
